Story Board

A girl who always get abuse from her mother since she was small. 

She always squeeze in the corner and cry.

One day, she can't accept it more so she decide to kill her mother.

And she thought is all over but actually not.

She go to the interview and then she get the job.

The manager treat her very well but after few month manager was change .

She feel the manager like her mother so she kill the manager again.

The black lipstick as a symbols she kill people.

She put on the lipstick to her.

 Police feel very mysterious to this case.

 She never go for look her new job again and just stay at her house.

 a reporter come to her apartment and look for the killer .

She shocked when she saw something in her house and know that she is the killer.

 When she know the press knew it and she gonna kill her.

But in the end, she died.

This is the storyboard for our storyline. It takes s lot of time for us to finish thinking of the storyboard. At first we have to do a draft because we will be confused if we dint do a draft and the storyboard will be messy and looks not interesting. After the tutorial last week, we decided to make the storyboard intersting and make everything done. So, here is my updated blog. The storyboard is very short as we want to keep it to the end. The storyboard is coloured by poster colour in pure black and white because I think that if we use colour pencil it will take me more time to do it.

Miyo sees her whenever she is in problem or pain
forces and helps Miyo to do murders

The scene

BLACK LIPS

Scene 1
- Girl A father passed away when she was still a child.
- Her mother doesn’t care about her and abuse her.
- When she turned 18, she couldn’t take the torture anymore.
- She killed her mother.
- She wore black lips stick for her mother.
- She started having traumatic experiences.


Scene 2
- She lost her job.
- When she was walking along the street, a recruitment notice fly over and drops in front of her.
- It was a job offer.
- She attended the interview.
- She got the job and everything was fine.
- After few months, her manager started treating her very badly and fired her for no reason.
- She started having backed the traumatic experiences.
- She decided to kill the manager.
- She used the same way which she uses to kill her mother.


Scene 3
- After the incident, police and press started investigating on that crime scene.
- The only clue to find the murderer was (Black Lipstick).
- A press personally wanted to find out the murderer.
- She investigated all the office workers.
- She investigated who ever left the work or got fired.
- She started to investigate everyone who stays near where the murder happened.
- When she visited the murderer house to investigate, she found something.
- She starts suspecting her.
- Murderer got alert and decided to kill the press too.
- After the press’s death, the police find out.


Scene 4
- When the police reached the murderer’s house, she was sitting on the sofa wearing black dress, black nail polish, black eye make-up, and BLACK LIPSTICK.
- She ends her life.

Black represents darkness, evil, thriller, crime, noir, depression, and loneliness.

• She is the first one knew that who is the killer and she get killed at the end by Miyo

THE BLACK LIPS.....


Since she was a baby( Girl A), her father passed away which made her mother abuse her everyday.. She always beat her using any materials such as belt, wood, steel rod or anything to beat her in any ways.. Her body is full of wounds /injuries... Since when she was young, she was rejected in school and she doesn't have any friends..Her teachers tried to question her about her ..but, she never answer.. The way her mother treated her caused her physically  traumatic.. Her mom continued abusing her until she's 18.. She couldn't take it anymore.. She killed her mother!. The moment her mother died, She put a black colour lips stick on her mother lips, she thought that it's all over.. But, the traumatic experience from her mom still haunts her every night..Every night she couldn't sleep.. Whenever she fell asleep, every image of her abused life comes into her mind... One day, She lost her job..When she walk by the roadside, she saw a job interview sheet.. So she decided to walk-in for an interview for the job.. She walked in and her manager was a lady..She get the job easily.. On the first week of her new job, she liked her job and she thought that her life is finally changing.. Her manager treated her so good.. After a month or so, her manager started to change.. She started scolding her and beating her, she even threw files and documents in her face.. That reminded her of what her mom did to her.. She realised that her manager is very similar to her mother.. The manager fire her! She said ' YOU WILL REGRET WHAT YOU DID TO ME'..The first thing on her mind was "SHE WANT TO KILL HER!.... She tried to kill her manager in many ways... In the end, her manager died. The police came before her manager died and her manager's last word was 'BLACK LIPS...." The police saw the manager lips were in black too...She thought the manager will be the last person that she will be killing.. She didn't want anymore new job.. She just want stay back at her own home...One day, a reporter came to her house to interview her about the killer because there was a clue that the killer stays around that area.. When the reporter met the girl, she brought the reporter to her place..When she went to the kitchen to take water for the reporter.. The reporter saw 'something' in her room unintentionally..The reporter started to  suspect that she is the killer... The reporter started to visit her often to confirm that she's the killer.. She found out the reporter's intention and she knows that she need to kill the reporter to prevent her from getting caught from the previous case of her manager.. In the end, she managed to kill her.. Soon, police found her and they went to her house to capture her.. When they break into her house, she was sitting on her sofa with black make ups and black nail polish. She was about to finish putting on her black lipstick.. Then she looked at the policemen with her cold eyes and said "......................." Then she ended her own life.



IDEATION CAME FROM:
Why I would like  to choose black lips stick for the main cult to this film...It is because She think that black colour represent herself.. She think that someone who killed by her is the one She felt darkness, despair, disappointed,evil................... she put the black lips stick for all the one killed by her...



What I add some idea in this plot :

A mysterious woman always appeared the girl side when she get injured but actually they are merely the girl's illusion. A woman who look like her mom and always had black lips ! 

My idea

Our group member were getting crazy for this story because the power of the cult is not strong enough, so we are constantly to change to make it be more powerful. We got a lot of ideas but its too much and always feel not good enough ! Now , I share my idea here , hope Mr Charles can give us some suggestion .

My idea 1 ：

A and B are a scientist . They also a love environmentally friendly people . They feel that gasoline is the most serious cause of damage the earth, so they never have any use of gasoline from vehicles and they just walk or ride a bicycle.
They always try to intend to manufacture a vehicle is to not use gasoline ! B read a sentence that a person's blood can produce power in a old book . However , they never success because the blood is not enough to produce power .

One day, they ride to back home, A  found C collapsed on the floor . Then they rescued him and brought home. When C wake up then first see A, she attracted to him. C thought only A in the house . So he was ready to rape A but B hit him to dizzy with a rod.

After, C tied up.

A and B decided to use the blood of the bad guys to create a vehicle which never use gasoline !

Dialogue / Narrative

This story is about REVENGE !

We first thought of a girl and she lost her job. She is walking alone on the street .
Suddenly, a company vacancy paper fly to her face. She decid to go to the company to interview. When she walk into the manager office, She see two women in the manager office. She shock when she see the two very familiar face..She remember her most sad things and she started revenge ! 

Scene 1 : Some years ago, A, B, C and D are the member of the bicycle club. As a member of the club, they need to have the same bicycle. A and B are the new member. They not really know about the club. They had curious that whether the club is a cult or not, but c and D deny it. One day, A espy something and she discovered  the secret of the club. One day, A had been killed..All of them don’t know what is the reason. 

Scene 2 :  She watch the video again when she saw the C and D. Suddenly, she found something that is unusual in the video. So, She started investigate and she also go to the police station to ask all about the accident. The police show all the reports and also warned her to be careful because every time sure got group members get murdered in same spot. But, she never give up. She try to find out more about the accident and what all the club did. She investigate the video and finally she know about the truth how her best friend (A) died. So, B want to revenge C and D of killing A. From that moment, B try to go close to C and D and they become good friend and they trust each other. But on the other side, she is planning to kill C and D to revenge them of  killing her best friend. One day, B follow C and D back to the place there live (an apartment) and start her plan of killing them two. She follow them to the lift and she took the next lift after C and D. She found the place C in the room and D at the washing machine area. First, She kill C in her room and then B hiding somewhere in the room waiting for D come back from the washing machine area. When the door open , a knife barrel into D’body. She pull the D’s death body to the room and she pull she leave the blood on the floor. At last, she sneer and she took out the photo and she pierce the photo using the knife to the body.

Pangkor Trip Idea :)

In pangkor island, we was in cycling journey . Suddenly , I thought I could join bicycle, so in the night , my friends and I had a good discussion then we went to find Mr Charles and get his consent . Lastly , we began our story from cycling !

This is the sketch when we did it in Pangkor Trip .

Lighting Technique

Three point lighting

1. Key Light - Most brightest and dominant light of set up
2. Fill Light - Put opposite of the key light to fill in the shadow left in from the key light.
3. Back Light - makes an outline that separates the subject from the background

• for Noir to work the lights must have a strong key light and strong back light

This is a very useful picture that shows different lighting ways you can use to create a noir  look to my subject.

Our Logo :

We created our logo from the bicycle . A bicycle wheel with blood . This immediately show up this story is about the bicycle and people dead because of bicycle .

The bicycle wheel is represent that they will become friend because of the bicycle club .

The blood on the bicycle wheel represent they was in a accident and they was dead . 

Its shows the story !
